Babs Shoes and Dad Seed

A few months before her wedding, Officer Babs Seed took it upon herself to locate and meet her biological sire.  Citing the fact that there was no point in inviting her mother to the wedding, Babs figured she had nothing to lose by inviting her father.  Why not?  The worst he could do is decline.

Turns out Babs and Troubleshoes got more than they bargained for when they met.  To their pleasant surprise, father and daughter ended up hitting it off in a big way.  T-Shoes had always wanted a child (and was none too happy about having his own kept from him for so long), and certainly Babs had long been hurting for a parent who actually cared about her.  Not only did the big stallion attend the wedding, but he would eventually make the move from his hovel outside of Appleloosa to Hooflyn to be closer to his newfound family.

I figure in this pic Babsie is introducing T-Shoes to the Apple clan.  They're all delighted for her, but I'm sure it dawns on them that, had she known him growing up, it likely would have saved her, him and many others a lot of pain and suffering.
